      • That sounds interesting, in light of the recent news on Trappist1. How much progress have you made on the novel?

      • Thanks, Roger. Strangely, it’s my return to writing that causes me more anxiety than the state of my leg. My apartment is at the top of a steep, 30 step climb so for 12 weeks after my operation, after climbing once to my front door, I lived, ate and slept on my couch, watching tv and reading book and moving about with considerable discomfort. Now I’m easing my way back to writing.

      • That does sound most painful I do hope there is some measure of improvement to show for that price.
Indeed writer’s worry can be a problem. My wife gets her ‘in between poems’ episodes.
